Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled for Scannabis, a business-to-business cannabis market-intelligence service operated by Zeroset LLC.
Subscriptions
Paid monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current billing period and the subscription will not renew. Monthly subscription charges are not prorated unless we made a billing error or separately agree in writing.
Trials
If a paid plan includes a trial, the trial terms are shown at signup. Cancel before the trial converts to avoid the first paid charge.
Annual and scoped plans
Annual, founding, and scoped brand plans are reviewed before activation. If a prepaid annual or scoped plan has not yet been activated, you may request a refund before service begins. Once activated, prepaid plan fees are generally non-refundable except for billing errors or service failures that we cannot reasonably correct.
Focused reports
One-time focused reports are built from current market data for the requested scope. If a delivered report is not useful for the question you asked, reply to the delivery email within 7 days and we will review the issue. For eligible report purchases, we offer one no-questions-asked refund per customer.
Billing problems
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of the charge. Include the account email, company name, charge date, and a short description of the issue so we can investigate quickly.

Email billing@scannabis.ai. We review refund requests in good faith and typically respond within 2 business days.
