These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Scannabis website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”) — a cannabis market-intelligence service operated by Zeroset LLC (“Scannabis,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 21 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. The Service

Scannabis provides cannabis-market intelligence — pricing, assortment, and competitive analytics derived from publicly available information and other sources. The Service is provided for lawful business use by licensed cannabis operators, brands, and their authorized personnel.

3. Data accuracy & no professional advice

Market data is aggregated from third-party and public sources and is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, current, or error-free, and it should not be your sole basis for any pricing, purchasing, or business decision. The Service does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and plan terms are presented at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable, plans renew automatically until canceled, and we may change pricing on prospective notice. Free trials convert to (or downgrade from) paid access as described at signup.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute, scrape, or bulk-export data from the Service except as expressly permitted; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to derive our source data or methods; (c) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; (d) access data for stores or accounts you are not authorized or entitled to; or (e) interfere with the Service’s operation or security.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including our analytics, compilations, software, and presentation, is owned by Scannabis and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. Underlying factual data (e.g., prices) is not claimed as our property; our rights attach to the selection, arrangement, and analysis we provide.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCANNABIS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Scannabis harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montana.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
